Read through the word bank and fill in the answers as a class. Please summarize verbally each paragraph so that you understand the story. 3. If you finish pp. 34-36, you may as a class read p. 39. If you finish that, you may assign students roles for reading the play The Odyssey and begin reading. 4. Put the packets back in your portfolios and put the portfolios in the drawer. 1. Get portfolio.

* Get your portfolio 1. Go through, as a class this slide show. 2. Then, independently, go back through the slideshow and complete the Greek Mythology Notes handout. Make sure to do additional research on all the gods and goddesses. 3. Put your handout inside your portfolio. Thursday: * Get your portfolio 1. Take out your Greek Mythology Notes handout. 2. Look at the models of the crests. 3. Select a god or goddess that you would like to design a crest for. 4. Using your own pencils and colored pencils, design your crest. If you need to borrow pencils-- leave your ID as collateral. 5. Put your crest in your portfolio. I will collect these on Friday. Thursday:
