Once you have chosen your battle, begin writing your article about that battle. Your article should be 2-3 paragraphs and should contain the following information:
Please type your article on a blank document so we can print them easily. You will also need two images depicting the specific battle you chose. Read "The War Begins" article. Answer these questions about the article. Turn questions in to dropbox on Schoology when finished. Begin CIvil War Battles activity. Use the website to answer the questions about each battle. The website can be accessed by clicking on the title of the worksheet. We will continue working on this activity tomorrow. Go over Chapter 21 Notes (yellow packet) together. Begin All Night Forever Tuesday: Civil War Vocabulary You will receive a vocabulary packet where you will be writing the term, giving the definition of the term (using the book's glossary), giving a synonym of the term, writing a sentence using the term, and drawing a small picture depicting the term. You will be doing this for all 16 vocabulary terms. Wednesday: Finish vocabulary packets and turn in by the end of class. Thursday: Watch America: The Story of Us - Civil War Complete viewing guide while watching and turn in at the end of the documentary. Friday: Read Chapter 16 Section 1 and complete the questions.
